Tanker Crash Claims Three Lives, Sparks Road Safety Concerns

"The victims, passengers in one of the Volkswagen buses, succumbed to their injuries at the scene," said Taofiq Adebayo, Director of Public Affairs and Enlightenment Department, in a statement. "LASTMA officers swiftly responded to the emergency, securing the area and handing over two of the deceased to Festac Police Station security personnel."
One victim's family was present at the scene and took custody of their loved one, while emergency responders, including Lagos State Fire Services and Lagos State Ambulance Service (LASAMBUS), worked tirelessly to provide aid.
